Louell Jay Gonzales hit two freethrows with 4.2 seconds left as South Division leading Quezon topped San Juan Knights 84-83.

The win improved Quezon's win-loss record to 18-4, two and a half games clear of the South Division.

The loss snapped the Knights' 12-game winning streak, dropping them from a tie forst first to third in the North Division with a 21-win 2-loss card.

Dave Ildefonso, the league's leading scorer, scored 20 points and added 8 rebounds to lead Abra to another victory, this time over Ilagan Isabela Cowboys 76-59.

Abra, the league's best team, with a 22-win 1-loss record, extended their winning run to 20 games.

Ilagan Isabela, who has lost 3 of their last 4 games, was led by Donald Gumaru, who finished with 11 points.

Michael Cañete had 16 pints and Alwyn Alday 16 as Rizal Xentro Mall Golden Coolers beat Ilagan Isabela Cowboys 71-63

The win, Rizal's 14th in 21 games, moved them just half a game behind idle Zamboanga for 2nd place in the South Division.

Agem Miranda had 19 points,Mark Dyke contributed 13 with 14 rebounds and Arthur dela Cruz flirted with a triple double (10 points, 12 rebounds, 8assists) for Ilagan Isabela.

Dexter Maiquez had 14 points and 10 rebounds and Orlan Wamar Jr added 12 points and 8 assists, leading the San Juan Knights to a 95-79 win over Davao Occidental Tigers.

The win improved the league-leading Knights record to wins against a single loss, half a game ahead of idle team Abra and Nueva Ecija.

Jansher Salubre had 24 points and raymart Escobido 21 in the losing effort.

Michael Calisaan scored 20 points on 8-12 shooting from the field and added 8 rebounds to lead San Juan to an 80-69 win over Zamboanga Sikat.

The win stretched San Juan winning streak to 11 games, keeping pace with league-leading Abra (who won earlier on the day, with a 20-1 win-loss record. Zamboanga, who has struggled as of late, has now lost 5 of their last 7 games to fall to 15-7.

Mark Dyke scored 20 points and grabbed 16 rebounds to lead the Ilagan Isabela Cowboys to an 88-73 win over the Davao Occidental Tigers.

Donald Gumaru added 17 points and Agem Miranda and Allan Santos had 10 each. Arthur dela Cruz finished with a near triple double with 11 points, 9 rebounds and 11 assists.

Judel Ric Fuentes scored 17 points in just a little over 10 minutes as the Quezon Huskers made quick work of Ilagan Isabela 96-78. The final score was closer than the game really was as Ilagan outscored Quezon 35-16 in the fourth.

San Juan Knights, whose 9-game winning streak was snapped by league-leading Nueva Ecija Saturday, got back on the winning track by beating struggling Bacolod Tubo Slashers 83-77.
